Stewart Vermont Pure Maple Cream
You're going to love our Stewart Vermont Pure Maple Cream!
What is maple cream? We take some of the finest natural Vermont maple syrup around (ours, of course), heat it to approximately above boiling point of water then cool it to around 125 degrees F, stirring it until it reaches a smooth consistency. Despite the name, it contains no dairy products but has the consistency and spreadability of peanut butter.
Use it to spread on anything you normally would...bread, crackers, use as a sweet frosting...anything you can come up with. Try adding it to some of your favorite recipes as a great natural sweetener. Heck, try it on pancakes!
The leaves are changing here on the Stewart Maple mountainside which means we are starting to embrace Vermont's most beautiful season - autumn!
